National Drug Awards

The National Drug and Alcohol Awards are an annual event that encourage, recognise and celebrate achievements to prevent and reduce alcohol and other drug use and harm in Australia.

The Awards are open to all people and organisations that work in the alcohol, other drugs and related sectors.

The Awards are a collaborative effort of the Ted Noffs Foundation (TNF), the Alcohol and other Drugs Council of Australia (ADCA), the Australian Drug Foundation (ADF) and the Australian National Council on Drugs (ANCD).

Use this form to register your event. The form has two pages:

The first page (this page) is to enter details about your organisation. ADCA collects this information to enable us to supply our event organisers with the DAW promotional packs.

The second page is to enter details about the event you plan to host. This information will be published on DAWs National Calendar of Events upon approval by site admin.
Please do not forget to provide a street address to help the delivery driver, our boxes will not fit into a Post Office letter box.


Organisation:		Name of the organisation hosting the event.
Street Address :		Please provide the street address for promotional pack delivery.
Suburb:		Please provide the suburb for promotional pack delivery.
Post Code:		Post Code for delivery.
Contact Name:		Your DAW Event coordinator. This name will be posted on the DAW calendar.
Contact Email:		DAW contact email – DAW will send out automatic confirmation of your event to this email. This email address will be posted on the DAW calendar.
Contact Phone:		DAW Event Coordinator contact phone number. This number will be DAW 2011’s prime contact point. This number will be posted on the DAW calendar.
State:		The State/ Territory to post your DAW material to.
